Privacy Policy
nExecution has no account and no server of ours. Your data stays on your devices. If you turn on iCloud sync, a copy goes to your own private iCloud, end-to-end encrypted. We do not collect, sell or share your data, and we do not track you.
Information the app uses
Your tasks and commitments
Created by you and stored on your device, encrypted at rest.
Calendar (optional)
If you allow calendar access, the app reads your events so they can appear as commitments and to check whether you can still reach your next one. Event details stay on your device and are not sent to us.
Location (optional)
If you allow location access while using the app, it estimates travel time to your next commitment. To work out a route, your current location and the commitment's address are sent to Apple Maps. We don't store or receive your location.
Contacts (optional)
If you allow contacts access, the app lists your contacts so you can choose someone to link to a to-do or to text when you're running behind. Only the people you choose are saved in the app.
Notifications (optional)
Used to send leave-now alerts and reminders you have chosen to receive.
iCloud (optional)
When sync is on, your data is shared between your own devices through your private iCloud account, using Apple's CloudKit. Apple's privacy policy governs that service.
Messages (optional)
If you use nExecution in Messages, it reads your upcoming commitments and to-dos on this iPhone to word an update, and puts the text in the message field. Nothing is sent unless you send it, and only to the people you choose.
Apple Watch (optional)
If you install the nExecution watch app, your iPhone sends it your next commitment, to-dos and their checklists directly, and the watch sends back your taps. Nothing goes through a server.
What we don't do
We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs. We do not operate servers that receive your data, and we do not sell your information.
Third parties
The app relies on Apple's frameworks: Calendar, Contacts, Location, Maps, Notifications, Messages, WatchConnectivity, Siri and CloudKit. Data those frameworks handle is subject to Apple's privacy policy.
Security
Data on your device is encrypted at rest. iCloud sync is end-to-end encrypted, so neither Apple nor we can read its contents.
Children
nExecution is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices
You control what nExecution can reach and what leaves your device, and you can delete your data at any time. See Your Privacy Choices for each setting and where to find it.
